We had to park our travel trailer for a few weeks to do a bicycle tour on the canal..we got lucky and reached out to Halls Lockport and Matt was super helpful with helping us set up storage whike we were gone...he offered to work with us on storage dates since we were still traveling and were unsure of exact dates we would need storage...back lot Matt assigned us worked perfect for our needs and after parking the rv he even sent a security cam screen shot of our rv on his security monitor( which was nice to know at least a camera was watching our rv)...we liked that people who did have stuff stored seeked to be around during the day and everyone we saw looked legit and gave us no worries...we were happy with the location for our bike tour route and Matt was great..“

A few good things about this place is that it’s clean, super affordable, the young man there was very helpful and friendly. I just moved in from out of town and this took so much stress off my shoulders because of how easy things went. I recommend this place to everyone!
